Cramer Property were instrumental in convincing the developer to embrace Harry Seidler's signature design for this 43 storey, 262 apartment residential tower. As a result, the building had greater marketability and it was undoubtedly the best design on offer for such an iconic landmark. The project was a sell-out, with Cramer Property being instrumental to its success, and contributing greatly to the catalyst of positive change within the residential Darlinghurst/East Sydney precinct.
